The latest fitness band Honor Band 5 for the sub-brand has been launched in India. The wearable device was first launched in China last month and is the successor to Honor Band 4. It is designed to provide more advanced health tracking and ensure a healthy lifestyle. The Honor Band 5 bundles seven “innovative” technologies such as color AMOLED screens, stylish dials, smart sleep data, real-time heart monitors, up to 50 meters of waterproof, travel itinerary identification and ten different fitness styles.

Honor Band 5 is priced at Rs 2,599 in India, the same price as before. Wearables are available in three colors: Midnight Navy, Coral Pink and Meteorite Black, and will be available at Flipkart starting August 8.

Talking about the specification, the new Honor Band 5 features a 0.95-inch touchscreen color display with a resolution of 240 x 120P and a pixel density of 282 ppi. This wearable device can be used for up to 14 days with a 100mAh internal battery. Fitness tracking features include real-time heart rate monitors, sleep tracking and sport modes such as running, cycling and swimming. The Honours Band 5 also has a 5ATM rating, which means you can take it with you to swim and it sinks into the water for up to 50 meters.

In addition, the wearable device is equipped with a six-axis inertial sensor and a blood oxygen level tracker to help monitor fatigue, dizziness and poor sleep, and can be connected to Android and iOS devices using the Huawei Health app.
