There are two ways to do it, and I of course do not know which meohtd was being used. You will do either:1. Use the USB cable supplied with the camera to hook up between a USB port on the computer and the mini USB connector on the camera. You then turn on the camera and the computer should recognize the camera. You then open the folder containing the photos and send them to the My Pictures folder on the computer, (I assume you are using a Windows PC instead of an Apple computer).or2. You remove the memory card from the camera and insert it either into an external card reader or directly into the computer if it has provisions to read cards built into it. Then you open the photos from the card and send them to the computer. If you have problems, is there not a friend or kid around that can give you a hand? It is kind of hard to teach you this in a little answer box if you have no experience with it.steve
